This sauce is highly concentrated and made to specific barista instructions and is therefore extremely thick (it is sold as a weight not a liquid volume because of this) as yet we haven’t found anything that can be compared to it and the café’s that use it love it. It’s flavour is fantastic. Use as a base layer in latte’s to stir up or drizzle on the inside of beverage glasses to create a distinctive look and flavour. Use to make up delicious Mocha choc drinks or as a topping. If your very naughty present it as a dipping sauce!
