For use in coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mochas, sodas, cocktails (fantastic with Vodka), flavoured beers, granitas, cooking, smoothies, milk shakes and frappes (see Kool Kup for thickening powder). Or just with water!

1883 is artificial preservative free, GMO free and contains a blend of real ingredient, fruit sugars and sugar cane. Both the flavour and the aroma are fully tested to enhance the chosen drink with out overwhelming it with sweetness or artificial flavouring. There is no lingering aftertaste. They are highly concentrated and as such don’t drown the drink unnecessarily (important where high quality coffee is being used). Because the gourmet syrups are not pumped full of preservative and use natural ingredients they can develop a light sediment (which can be removed by a gentle shake) they also should not be left in a warm environment or in direct sunlight or left open to the environment for extended periods. They are similar to high quality preserves and require the same respectful handling. In return they will provide you with the most delicious natural and versatile gourmet syrups on the market.

Delicious and refreshing. This is Turkish delight! Try this recipe served in a tall glass – Fill the blender to 300ml with ice cubes blend for 20 seconds Add 2 shots of Rose syrup and approx 150ml of milk (or 250ml milk if not using ice) blend for 20 seconds, drizzle the glass with Routin Dark Chocolate Sauce and pour in the Kool Kup Rose milk shake drizzle a heart shape on the top with the sauce and serve with a straw and a smile.

Fruiss

Fruiss is the perfect chilled drink syrup mixing 1 to 9 parts water. Can be used with ice, crushed ice and/or chilled water. Perfect next to a water cooler!!

Single serving syrup sachets now available in 3 flavours.

Fantastic new concept perfect for self serve, mobile units, travel industry, hotel bedrooms and anywhere where space is limited or glass bottles are a problem! Current flavours include Caramel, Hazelnut and Vanilla. They are in display boxes of 100 x 10ml sachet sticks!

Pack size is 6 x 1.89L (the ounces on the bottles are American not our Fluid ounces). The dark chocolate tastes exactly like melted dark chocolate. Available in White Chocolate and Caramel flavours as well as the highly popular Dark Chocolate. This is delicious and far less sweet that all the competition therefore you get to enjoy the fullness of the flavour. Routin 1883 has excelled themselves in yet again producing a perfect product.
